Chateau Potelle offers Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. All vineyard and winery operations of Chateau Potelle are consistent with sustainable theme. The vineyards are farmed using sustainable practices leaving a gentle imprint on the land and have received a national certification, an endorsement that Chateau Potelle is in accordance with the preservation of natural resources. The shallow, clay loam soils in the vineyards are perfectly suited to Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. Chardonnay is approachable and round, displaying a beautiful varietal character with elegance and finesse. Fresh with good level of acidity, it shows a great balance. It also has a very interesting depth of fruit from fresh citrus to ripe, full pineapple, banana, and mango. Cabernet Sauvignon, on the other hand, is totally and wonderfully enjoyable with rich and elegantly balanced red berry and some floral notes with the complexities that the oak aging brings.
 
Zinfandel is tremendously complex with extremely aromatic on the nose with nice ripe berry flavors. In the mouth it is round and full with a lingering finish that melts seamlessly into fine layers of cedar smoke and berries supported by a soft tannin structure.
