California is the most populous state of the United States. Located on the Pacific coast of North America, it is bordered by Oregon, Nevada, Arizona and Mexico. The name California is most commonly believed derived from a storied paradise peopled by black Amazons and ruled by Queen Califia.
 
Highland is a city in San Bernardino County, California, United States. The population was 44,605 inhabitants at the 2000 census. It also refers to a geographical area of the city of San Bernardino and parts of unincorporated San Bernardino County. According to the United States census bureau, the city has a total area of 35.7 square kilometers.
 
Highland was founded as a townsite in 1891 and incorporated as a California general law city in November 1987. It follows a city manager, city council form of government with the city manager appointed by the city council.


 It can also be considered as the preeminent, historical and potential tourism destination that enjoys a very positive reputation with worldwide travelers to become one of the most visited places. As it is often regarded as among the most beautiful parts of California one of the most visited places amongst the most die-hard travelers the world over.
