Loma Linda University is also home to the schools of Allied Health Professions, Dentistry, Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health, and Science and Technology with slightly more than 3000 students. Loma Linda is a center of activity for the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Many residents of Loma Linda are adherents to this Christian denomination.
