California is the most populous state of the United States. Located on the Pacific coast of North America, it is bordered by Oregon, Nevada, Arizona and Mexico. Perris is a city in Riverside County, California, in the United States. As of the 2000 census, the city population was 46,600 inhabitants. According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 81.6 square kilometers. As of the census of 2006, there were 46,600 people, 9,652 households, and 8,117 families residing in the city. The population density was 445.4 per square kilometers.  
 
The attractions of Perris include Orange Empire Railway Museum, Perris Valley Cemetery, Perris Valley Skydiving, Riverside County Fire Department Command Center and Lake Perris.
