San Buenaventura




California is the most populous state of the United States. Located on the Pacific coast of North America, it is bordered by Oregon, Nevada, Arizona and Mexico. California is known for its pleasant climate and ethnically diverse population. The name California is most commonly believed derived from a storied paradise peopled by black Amazons and ruled by Queen Califia.

It was incorporated in 1866, the city of San Buenaventura usually referred to as Ventura is the county seat of Ventura County, California. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 100,916 inhabitants. The total area is of 84.6 square kilometers out of it land  is 54.6 square kilometers and water 30.0 square kilometers. As of the census of 2000, there were 100,916 people, 38,524 households, and 25,233 families residing in the city. The population density was 1,849.3 per square kilometers.

San Buenaventura is also known as the town of best geographical environment and has traced its origins back to prehistoric times. Today, one can also learn about its history, from its earliest times and can also enjoy its natural beauty concealed by the beautiful landscapes.
